What Is Personal Training?

Personal Training is a customized workout, focused on your individual fitness and wellness goals. With specialized attention, you will gain an in-depth understanding of how your body moves—and demystifies popular media myths.

What Is Pilates?

Pilates is a core based training system that uses specially designed spring resistance equipment and specific mat exercises. The primary emphasis is always focused on creating a strong, supported, and moveable spine. The result? A more integrated body, able to navigate the obstacles of the world.

What Is Yoga?

Yoga is the movement practice of linking breath and poses. In our sessions, you will deepen your breath, tap into inner strength, and become more aware of the relationship between your mind and body. I will focus on alignment principles and modify poses to fit individual needs.
